Who is behind all of this?!

Dreamers Welcome Television is the brain child of artists Julian Bozeman and Sarah Conarro. They are artists and parents in Brooklyn NY who run and operate The Painted Cloud arts studio and Dreamers Welcome.

Why are they doing this?!

Following the closure of their businesses due to COVID-19, they set out to create a place for connection for community in a way that made sense to them. Artists in isolation began making work in their respective homes. All brick and mortar art spaces were closed for the foreseeable future. Families were suddenly homeschooling their kids along with trying to work. Screens replaced schoolhouses for the children. Thus, Julian and Sarah launched Dreamers Welcome Television, which serves both the needs of the artists to share work and the needs of the families to entertain their children and themselves with something enriching that is easy to find. The plan was simple: artists submit video content for broadcast that is CALMING and/or RELAXING and/or PLEASANT. Anyone can tune in at any hour to watch something cool and enriching. The Venmo names and social handles of the artists are displayed in the TV Guide so viewers can contribute to them directly!
